BioJust a quick little quiz about me. This is my only journal and I use it mainly for my struggle with recovery from eating and anxiety disorders. I also enjoy lots of other things, music, books etc... which I seldomly write about.
* An explanation of your e.d.: Anorexia from 13-16, bulimia from 17-19, and been suffering with cycles of restricting and fasting. I have managed to maintain my healthy weight, so ed-nos currently.
* Have you received any treatment for it?: Therapy
* Have you been in recovery?: On and off for a few years now.
* What do you want out of recovery?: To get over all ed's and help others do the same. :)
* What holds you back from recovery?: Competetion, insecurity
* Any other mental illness?: Anxiety, OCD
* Any medications?: Self medicated :)
* Any other self-destructive habits (like self-injury, substance abuse, etc)?: Starving/binging is enough destruction for me.
* Are you currently in therapy?: No
* Are you in school?: College
* What kind of music do you like?: Indie, Progressive, Rock, Folk
* What's your favorite color?: Purple
* What's a hobby you have?: Yoga and cooking (ironic?)
* If you could live anywhere, where would it be?: A big city, with everything I need within walking distance.
* Your favorite quote: I have so many! And lots posted in my journal :) But if I had to pick:
